Jay Collins Rendahl
CCRC, BA, Director of Research Operations, CEO
Jay is one of the founders of Viking Clinical Research, Ltd., and has been active in the medical and research communities for more than 25 years. He served honorably in the US Navy, both active and reserve, for 14 years in various medical and psychological capacities. He is a member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.

Ryan is our Regulatory Affairs Officer. He has been with Viking Clinical Research since 2011. With a BS in Business, Ryan also assists with study-feasibility and contracting decisions.
He also ensures constant and consistent communication between the coordinator, sponsor, and investigator with regards to study amendments, changes and updates.
Director of Finance
Sharon has been with Viking Clinical Research since 2009. With a background in human-resources and accounting; Sharon is our Financial Director who is responsible for contracts, advertising, and study budgeting. She is also our point-person for creating and maintaining contracts with as-needed ancillary diagnostic sites.
Maria C. Rodriquez
CRC, BA, Director of Clinical Operations
Carmen has been with Viking Clinical Research since 2012. She is the lead study coordinator. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Science with a concentration in medical anthropology. She has over 14 years of experience coordinating clinical research trials in the area of CNS; Urology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Alzheimer’s and MDD.
Faviola is a MA and Licensed Phlebotomist she is an assistant coordinator responsible for lab draws, lab sample preparation; patient scheduling, obtaining vital signs, and EDC entry. She is IATA Certified
MS, Study Coordinator
Shannon has been a study coordinator since 2016. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, Bachelors of Science in Education and a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling. We are grateful to have her on our team.
